Privacy notice
luxdesign ("we") designs websites for UK trade businesses. This notice explains how we handle personal data. Contact: luxdesignstudio@outlook.it.
What we collect
When you request a concept: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), trade, current website and any notes you add. When we contact a business first: the business contact details it publishes itself (for example on its website or a public trade directory) and publicly visible reviews of the business.
Why we use it
To design your concept and reply to you (your request, or our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to businesses). If you become a client, to deliver and bill the service (contract).
Who sees it
Only us, plus the providers that host this site, our email and forms (such as Netlify and Microsoft). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Concept requests and outreach records: up to 12 months unless you become a client. Client records: as long as the contract runs and as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us contacting you, at any time: email us or simply reply "no thanks" and we'll stop. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
